It has a product labeling system that covers forest management and chain of custody. The Chain of Custody (CoC) actually certified the path taken by raw materials, processed materials, finished products and co-products from the forest to the consumer.
For example, if one needs a FSC® logo to appear on the printed material, we have to look for a certified printer.
The Need For Forest and Forest Product Management
The effects of deforestation will lead to loss of biodiversity, loss of fauna and flora species, disturbance in water body causing unbalance of water cycle, soil erosion, disturbance of the native people or infringement of indigenous people’s human right and most importantly climate change which all of us experience nowadays.
Hence there is a need for forest and forest product management.
